Please be aware that Australia Post may experience delays during peak sale seasons. We kindly ask that you lodge customer enquiries with Auspost for delayed or outstanding parcels before contacting our customer service.   
We ship internationally to New Zealand, the Asia Pacific, Europe and the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. We provide both standard and express shipping via Australia Post.
All of our items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be shipped.

Our shipping cost is reflective of prices provided by Australia Post. The shipping costs of your items may vary from the table above depending on the weight of the purchased item and delivery location. 


Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be registered with Australia Post/DHL, prior to this your search may not generate any tracking information.

We honour dispatch dates as stipulated. We have no control over your item after it has been dispatched from our end. Please contact Australia Post/DHL directly as it will be the most efficient way to track your item. We hold no responsibility for items lost/damaged through Australia Post/DHL services.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct to avoid any disappointment or delays. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details; once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot alter these details.
